I would like to convert an old family video into a ".mp4" .
It has the following folder structure on my Mac (I suspect someone copied all the files of a DVD they inserted into the Mac at some point):

I'm a bit out of my league on this one. I've tried Handbrake and a few other apps from the App Store.
Is there an easy way to do this?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

Sorry i never seen that structure, it is not a "usual" dvd, thats for sure (we would have VOB files and an .ifo file in that case)
It is suspicuous that you there seems to be the video and audio in separate files. so you could probably do like
"ffmpeg -i "/Cemetery Tour2/Sources/IFO_T01.mpv" -i "/Cemetery Tour2/Sources/IFO_T01_0.wav" -map 0:0 -map 1:0 output.mp4" -
Thread moved to the mac forum where you can get more help.
I think,therefore i am a hamster.
