    I upgraded Format factory from 3.95 to 4.0.0.0. Now when I convert dvd video to mp4 it fails. Drop back to 3.95 it works fine. I have attached the settings I always use.

    In addition, isn't Format Factory among the possibly spyware installing software VideoHelp warns about? There is technically better and truly free software.

    Nevertheless: "It fails" is not a sufficient description of the problem. We need to know how it fails to investigate the reason and suggest a possible solution. Does it provide a detailed log? Or at least a verbose enough error message?
