Hi everyone,
I finally got SVCD's to work on my Panasonic DVD rv-21 player not long ago using the VCD Header trick
I followed all the steps that were told to me and it worked, but, something I found out later really got me mad.
I realized that I cannot fast forward the SVCD!! if I try too the video has no problem with it, but then no sound is herd, even when returning to normal speed. I really would like to play SVCD's on my dvd player, and I got so ecited when the header trick worked, I am so close yet so far!
any helo would be greatly appreciated! thanx again everyone!

It's a known problem with the header trick and panasonics. Unfortunately there really anything you or I can do about it, but I have found a way to sorta get around the problem. After you fast forward, hit "pause" to pause the movie, then hit "play" and the sound comes back in. Not the most elegant solution but it's better then nothing.

Elegant or not it DOES work, so its good enough solution for me!
