Never ripped a NTSC dvd before and it's type is FILM (changes from interlace to progressive very quickly in dvd2avi)
I am not sure if I have to encode it to ntsc svcd (as it is ntsc source) or to pal svcd (as I use pal tv etc)?
I used Force Film to 23.976 fps. Now I dont know what to do?
When (if at all) do I use pulldown on it? Should I use 480,360 or 480,576 bicubic resize? And lastly do I check Progressive frames in CCE or not as Bitrate viewer says it is Interlaced but from searching and reading I think it should be progressive???
It is the retail (release) dvdr of Star Wars EP II _Clone Wars btw.
