I'm seriously considering buying one of these Multi-region DVD players from Richer Sounds but wonder if anyone knows if this particular version can cope with RCE disks.
I've the R1 Spiderman on order, which is supposed to be RCE. When it arrives (in about three weeks) I plan on taking it to RS to test their player, but can anyone save me the trouble?
Many thanks
Mark

well there website looks like it supports disks from different regions like but it does not have any dolby decoder built into it, there are other players on the market that play RCE disks the cyberhome players do so do the accoustic solutions & the mustek range (allows macro off).
Kev!
(just borrow an RCE disk to test it if U know anyone that is) -
please check this out!! I have the eclipse dvd & well its a good player I know it plays RCE & its macro free!!! & for £99 its better than the Tosh!!http://www.richersounds.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?load=frame
