Are these wipes safe to clean video heads with?

Will these wipes clean the heads or mess them up? It says it contains just Isopropanol

I would be concerned about fiber snags and I wonder how much water is in that "mild solvent." Water won't hurt glass or plastic but it will rust iron heads.

I am aware. It's used for X ray machines I was wondering if it would pull on the heads or rust them.

That doesn't mean it's 99 percent alcohol. There is no labeling requirement for wipes that I'm aware of.

Allow it to dry and you can use the other side at a later date.

Here's a safe bet: if it says it is "safe to use with vtr/vcr heads" then it probably is (otherwise they could get sued). If it doesn't explicitly say that, look for a different product that does.
