I have TMPG 2.58 and when i try to encode a downloaded avi it tells me the scan lines are out of rage...this has never happened before and i am at a loss..thanks hope someone can help. D![]()

Are you changing frame rates of a film and selecting do not frame rate change. If so dont write the number of the end frame in the Source box. Leave it as -1.

The end fram is set at -1 but it still comes up index of scan lines is out of range (260). every thing else i have encoded has worked no prob

Try encoding it again. Maybe you selected a setting by mistake the first time.
