    It locked up and stopped responding when I tried to close it yesterday. When I opened it today it said something about a jobxxx.xml file being corrupt and asked if I wanted to delete it, I said yes.

    Now I've queued up an encode and after ten minutes it still hasn't completed a single frame. The "Time Elapsed" field just keeps ticking up, and it lists the total length and total frames, but everything else is blank and progress sits at 0.00%.
