    How much advanced knowledge do I need to convert a youtube video — downloaded and saved as an MP4 file (plays fine on VLC) — into a format I can burn/compile to DVD media playable on a dvd player? I don't need/have BluRay. This is just a crappy DVD player but it's good enough for me. I have FAB 7, Shrink, Virtual Dub, VOB Blanker — also Ultra ISO, Power Archiver & CDXP (Florian Schmitz). I would have thought FAB would grab it immediately and offer to compile it, but it won't recognize this one instructional video that I need. It can see other MP4s I've downloaded, just not this one that I need. Thank you for your help.

    is the instructional video in MP4 format also ?? is the video corrupt ??

    I saved it as an .MP4 and it plays in VLC (and has sound). Was I supposed to save it in a different format?
