Windows 7 CLSID to create a shortcut?

Hi,
to create a shortcut for control panel I use

%windir%\explorer.exe shell:::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}

But I need to create a shortcut to the first entry in default programs called "set your default programs", which you can see here:

Do you know the CLSID for that?

Create a GodMode shortcut:

Create a new folder in Windows Explorer and give it following name:
God Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Double-click the GodMode shortcut, scroll down and right-click on "Set your default programs" and select "Create shortcut".
