BBC iplayer help --

Ok, so i can use a couple of programs to download iplayer shows, but here's what i want to do.

I want to be able to grab the 720p stuff in ONLY 25fps with the highest audio (320kbps)

can i ensure this is what i get with something like youtube-dl

I dont want 50fps cos its not true 50ps...its dupe frames.

I only want 720p with 25fps with the 320 audio.

Any help is much appreicated

I haven't tested it but try something like:
youtube-dl -f "best[height<=720][fps=25]+bestaudio" [URL]
