Problems with Trend Micro Security Blocking Operation

Hi, I have been successfully using VOB2MPG for some time and decided to upgrade to the Pro version. The install went fine but after I launched the application and input the registation info my Security Programme blocked the final launch and removed 2 files stating they are infected with the HEU_AEGISCS986 threat. I have attached a screen dump showing the problem. Can you please advise what I should do now?

Make sure that your Antivirus is up to date.
Have you tried adding the program to the antivirus exclusions list

Yep, antivirus was updated earlier today.
I haven't added the program to the exclusions list yet as I was wondering if a virus had crept in somewhere.
Also I am not sure what the replacer.exe program by ChosenBytes.com was doing in the install?

Find another antivirus program.

I only use www.virustotal.com to scan files and some times malwarebyte anti-malware to get rid of adware crap.
