help downloading ooyala m3u8 video

Hello!
I'm trying to download a news report from this link http://noticias.entravision.com/colorado/2015/06/09/exigen-respeto-a-derechos-laborales/

with ffmpeg. I found the m3u8 link is http://player.ooyala.com/player/ipad/AzYnBrdTpk4uHfEm0ilJcUz_53QbpYJq_600.m3u8

When ever I try using the command prompt ffmpeg -i “http://player.ooyala.com/player/ipad/AzYnBrdTpk4uHfEm0ilJcUz_53QbpYJq_600.m3u8” Vid.ts

it tells me "no such file or directory". I'm able to play the file on vlc though. Does someone know what the problem is?

Use the full path to ffmpeg.exe.
