  1. I use PowerDVD XP. I have ATI All-in-wonder card using 800x600 resolution. When I start PowerDVD, it automatically switches to 1024x768 screen, but not resolution - the monitor window is still 800x600 ! In ATI controls I have not any such setting ! By mouse I can shift the screen in every direction, always the 800x600 window is visible, the rest is 'behind'. Is it somehow possible to make PowerDVD not to switch resolution , or make ATI switch correctly to 1024x768 ? Thanks.

I am only usng PowerDVD version 3 but I assume it should be the same in version XP.

In the Tools/Configuration option in PowerDVD there is a 'screen' tab. In this section there are selectable 'Don't change resolution' options.
