Need working links for these webtv

Hi to all.
I'm learning in these days to capture stream links from some webtv website, in some cases I've obtained good results but I think that I've still much to learn....
I can't obtain a working rtmp link or m3u8 file for this TV:

Analyzing the source page I've found this link:

rtmp://s35k75liow6kdw.cloudfront.net/cfx/st/mp4:.mp4

but doesn't work in VLC

Other webtv where I can't capture stream links are:

Rouge TV Pop Rock
Julie News
Canale 21

For the last link I obtain:

rtmp://live.kronopress.com:1935/canale21_live

but still doesn't work

Can you help me?
