    I've Resident Evil in VCD format (2 CDs), but I want convert this movie to DIVx format in only one CD (700 MB).
    What program I must use and how?

    Load each .dat file into Vdub

    Video > full processing mode
    Video > compression > codec > DivX 3.11 Alpha (Low motion) > bitrate 400?

    Audio > full processing mode
    Audio > compression > codec > MP3 > bitrate ?

    SAVE AVI

    Do the same for other disk

    Then load first and append to second

    File > Append AVI segment
    Video > direct stream copy
    Audio > direct stream copy

    SAVE AVI
