How to download flash video RTMP/RTMPE streams using free software

I use rtmpdump and rtmpdumphelper to download rtmp video files, however I noticed that in order for the download be entirely complete it is necessary for you o play through the whole video. Is there a way that I can download the whole file without seeing through the video? I know that rtmp is piece by piece, but is there a way for rtmpdump to auto-discover(?) these pieces without the browser playing the video?

get the video ID, use a US proxy and that ID to do the next link
if you do not use a US proxy, it would not show the rtmpe link

it's rtmpe protocol, so you need to do this

i am trying to download live stream from tvrplus.ro, for example this page: http://www.tvrplus.ro/live-tvr-international - there is two streams on this channel, one with low quality (loading by default) and other with high quality (loading only after switching to fullscreen mode).
i get this settings using rtmpdumphelper:
