  1. I have been watching movies from my USB on my new tv the last 2 days and everything worked fine. Today i was in the middle of a movie and the sound went out i've read different forums but none solve my problem. Help?

    So you aren't getting any sound at all now? Or just that movie?

  3. No sound from any movie including the movies i watched yesterday. The directv sound works fine

  4. Alright well i did something as simple as unplugging the tv and plugging it back and now it works :/ but thanks anyway

  6. It always cuts out in that movie do you have any idea why? i've watched it on my computer and it works just fine.

    Corrupt file or audio. It could for example happen if you join video files.

    The computer software player probably handles such problems better than your TVs built in player.

    Like Baldrick said, maybe corrupt file or bad join. I've had that occasionally with captures after editing and joining. But although it has happened on my HTPC using MPC-HC, it has not *yet* occurred with the inbuilt player in my LG 65LW6500.

    So, just this one movie after your reset? Is this only when playing from thumb drive? If so, and this is a long shot, try another thumb drive and recopy the file. Or try a different USB port on the TV. If the file is a TS (transport stream) with H.264 video, try running it through tsMuxer to a new transport stream.
