nero smart encoding

What is Nero smart encoding. Should I use this option . Also tell me should I use PAL or NTSC in my nero vision projects

When enabled, it's supposed to re-encode only if needed and not if it isn't needed. Otherwise Nero will encode anyway at times, needed or not. Nero's not a great encoder or a burning program, IMO. But if you use Nero, I would enable it and hope it doesn't do any unnecessary re-encoding.

PAL or NTSC? According to my information, Pakistan uses the PAL format.

Try FAVC for freeware or ConvertXToDVD for payware. They both work well for most formats to a DVD. And they also handle most VBR audio formats and PAL or NTSC conversions. ConvertX is very popular for Xvid or Divx to DVD conversions. For just burning, I would recommend ImgBurn.
