Format Factory Deinterlacing?

how do i deinterlace video that I've encoded with Format Factory?

specifically H.264 MP4's with AAC Audio at 1080p.

the issue im having is that when i upload videos like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDAhp8SAzq4&feature=youtu.be

to youtube, it adds a second video at the end with no audio. I'd prefer if this didnt happen

What's that got to do with deinterlacing?

That's strange. But it's not any interlace issue.

You could try use the youtube editor to cut the last part. https://www.youtube.com/editor

According to MediaInfo your video is progressive not interlaced, ie nothing to deinterlace

I don't know much of the behaviour of uTube but according to the specs the only transgression I see at a first glance is that your video is actually 1088p not 1080p. How uTube reacts to this I've no idea.

yeah i think its a dead case. i can't quite figure out what its doing that. probably has to do with the conversion to FLV
