    how do i change the video track i know how to for audio but not video

    You don't. You can't. AviDemux won't open an audio file because it's primarily a video editor.

    what im not talking about audio the video file i have has 4 video stream i want to be able to choose the video stream i want to use

    I don't think you can do that.

    Use a multiplexer and remove the video streams. Like mkvmergegui for mkvs.
