    HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!

    Toshiba L450, Windows 7 Home

    I downloaded 156 files [.avi][TV episodes]about 165 MB each.
That is a lot of DVD's if I were to encode and burn them singly.
Using Winavi I tried to take 8 files and encode them to .vob, etc.
In the Advanced options, I chose to "Auto fit to one DVD"
The process was successful and when I played it on my laptop the audio was in sync with video.
I continued and burned it to DVD using InfraRecorder.
In testing it on the DVDPlayer/TV, I found the audio to be out of sync.
Does anyone know how I can encode and burn these without having audio sync problems.
    And without using 156 DVD's
    Thank you

Try a better dvd converter, like the free dvd flick or avstodvd.

If you need burning software there's nothing better than ImgBurn and it's also free.

I have ImgBurn but could not figure out how to burn .vob files with it.
I only saw that it burns .iso.
I will give it another look.

I have tried both dvd flick and avstodvd to convert and burn these files. Also used ImgBurn to burn. So far, no luck.
I have played it staight from .vob files on my computer [audio is 1/2 second slow].
I have played it from the burned disc on the dvd player of computer[audio is 1/2 second slow].
I have played it on dvd player at TV [audio is 1/2 second slow].

So, if the vob files [on HDrive of computer, not yet burned to disc] show that 1/2 second delay in audio, it must be in the encoding that it happens, because it is alright in the .avi files.
Is there some way to adjust the audio in either of these programs?
