    Can anybody help me. I have bought Arcsoft to transfer video to dvd. I can see & hear the video but it will not record onto the disk. It keeps telling me 'Device record error, please check the device record format'.
    I have checked this but still to no avail Help!!

    If what you recorded is not inside a VIDEO_TS folder than you have MUCH reading to do.
