need free program to quickly losless crop an mpeg2 740x480 to 720x480

hi all,
i made a mistake on one of my videos ,
i used virtualdub to create an mpeg2 file for dvd, on this particular file, i overlooked and made a mistake, its the wrong size. DOH. instead of me needing to do a recapture, i would rather know what free proggie i can us to crop the width from 740, to 720. whatever program it is, i probably already have a copy of it, tmpgenc is the first one that comes to mind, but i dont use it enough to know if it can do this. the extra 10px on each side is blackbar. so all i need is a crop, with no resample. i want it losless.

i also have dvdfab hd decrypter, dvdshrink, convertx, AVS, but cant recall if any of them have this particular feature since i always rely on vdub for this.

of course for those of you whom it isnt immediately obvious, vdub will make mpeg2 files, but once you do so, you cant reload it into vdub, its a one way ticket. now if theres a plugin that i can use to load it in vdub that would be good too, but i cant recall if im able to crop it without resampling it vdub, which would be lossy.

Sorry, impossible to do that with MPEG.
You have to render, crop and reencode.

lol ok, makes sense, was hoping was an easier solution, might have came in handy in the future. thanks for the quick replies.

recapture it or it's going to look bad re-sized and re-rendered.

yes, of coruse it will, thats why i wanted to find a program to crop it only.
