    Hi I have a video that was full frame but black bars now cover the top and bottom. I was wondering If there are any programs that I can use to just cut off the black bars at the top and bottom. So the video will play with no black bars and will be wide screen.

    Basically I want to crop off the top and bottom of a video are there any programs that will do this thanks.

    Both VirtualDub and TMPGEnc can do it. Depending on what kind of video you want to input and output will determine which program you should use.
