I need to capture about a minute of flash video that is playing in a web browser. None of the youtube-like downloaders have worked. I tried Camstudio but the capture was lousy, choppy. Then I tried screencastomatic.com and while the video seemed to capture ok, I couldn't bring it into Sony Vegas! There's got to be a solution here?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

you could probably download it with streamtransport , if not, then if you post the url someone might have better suggestions
downloading is usually preferable to capturing
if camstudio was choppy, it might be your computer specs aren't fast enough to capture in real time, you can try capturing in a lower quality , less cpu intensive codec like divx -
That stream program worked perfectly, wish I had come to the forum earlier!! - THANKS!
