Hi everyone!
I've got some MP4 files from my Sony Bloggie camera, all of them were captured at 720p 60fps and I would like to convert them to 30 fps without losing any frames, thus having a slow motion effect. I have Adobe Premiere CS3, and vReveal both for PC at work, and Final Cut Express and iMovie on my Mac laptop.
I canīt seem to find the way to get it done. Any way to do it with the relatively short render times? Any help is welcome, thanks!

in premiere you use a 30p sequence timeline, right click asset in the clip bin and interpret it as 30p , so that clip will be 50% speed. For export settings, use any 30p format to match whatever your end goal is
