  1. Hi everyone!

I've got some MP4 files from my Sony Bloggie camera, all of them were captured at 720p 60fps and I would like to convert them to 30 fps without losing any frames, thus having a slow motion effect. I have Adobe Premiere CS3, and vReveal both for PC at work, and Final Cut Express and iMovie on my Mac laptop.

I canīt seem to find the way to get it done. Any way to do it with the relatively short render times? Any help is welcome, thanks!

  2. in premiere you use a 30p sequence timeline, right click asset in the clip bin and interpret it as 30p , so that clip will be 50% speed. For export settings, use any 30p format to match whatever your end goal is
