    Hi!

    I have some problems with latest avi movies (divx). Mediaplayer (v6 & v7) and e.g. DivXplayer 2.0 alpha (divxpro5.02 bundle) doesnt play sound on those "new" movies.

    Picture is high quality but sound is missing. Older divx and vcd's plays correctly. Any suggestions?

    Sounds like you might be missing a codec.
    Try installing the nimo codec pack.

    Yep!
    or install BS player, that comes with AC3 which usualy is the problem.
