Is there a way to choose ffdshow when using smart copy in Avidemux? Using the default encoder seems to leave some glitches and blocks at the point the video was cut.

I donīt want to cut at keyframes in this particular case.

Update: having VDub to do the job and choosing smart rendering with ffdshow results perfect. However, I prefer AviDemux friendy interface, I would only like it to give the same nice output as VDub.

Not, because Avidemux does not use 'external' codecs (does not use DirectShow and VFW).

AFAIK Avidemux will only do smart cutting (ie. not on keyframes) with MPEG-4 ASP or MPEG-4 Visual.
