  1. I have a file with a .divx extension that seems like it can only be played with the divx player. Is there an app to convert this file, like say maybe make it an avi file???

  2. Try simply changing the file extension to .avi

  3. when I change the file extension, sure it thinks its an avi file that can be played with media player but it will not play it. The file is not just an ordinary avi file created with the divx codec. It's some kind of weird .divx file....
