MY vcd do not succeed

i have one problem after burning the vcd.After i burning the vcd their are only several file can be watch other file are only not playable file(i have test both between vcd player and pc) .For your knowledge i have use nero burning rom.I have drag and drop .mpeg that i downloaded from kazaa.SO doing a drag and drop file much be a easy thing.Can i know .?cant i know why my vcd doesnt success..i have to use about 13 file dropped of consert movies in the 1 vcd and they should have about different types of mpeg especially pal and ntsc and different frame rate.Can i know how to solve my problem?
