  1. im having trouble with audio being out of sync on my VCD's.when i burn a VCD from a mpeg using NERO, the audio is always out of sync, either before or after, i then use TMPGEnc to try to fix this prob, but it is VERY time consuming and tedious, as i never seem to get it first pop. but when i convert a DIVX to a mpeg, and then burn that to a VCD, the audio is in complete sync. i play my VCD's on my standalone DVD player, which doesn't normally play CD-r's but will for some reason play CD-RW, could this be the problem or should i convert my mpegs to a DIVX then back to a mpeg then to a VCD, which would be very tedious again, any help?

If those mpeg's are not fully compliant, Nero has to fix the problem, in doing so it makes a right mess.

You may also get problems if the mpeg's have bad frames.

You would need to use TMPGEnc to convert them with a VCD template, just like they were AVI's
