i have converted lots of movies and sometimes the words arent in sync with their mouths does anyone know how to fix this?

Search the forum and read the howto's. Audio sync problems can be caused by many things. It is not possible to answer your question sensibly without much more info. Try a few of the fixes suggested in the forums and howto's. If still stuck, come back and ask again, this time with a LOT more info on how you are converting, what is your source material and what is your destination type.
