    I have DVD player that can read DivX files.I want to put about 5-6 DivX films but with menu just like authoring DVD's with MPEG files .Is it possible, and if it is what program I should use for that.

    If your player supports divx ultra it's possible, use https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/authoring-divx .

    most divx compatible players will present a simple menu where you can choose which video to play, i personally wouldnt bother with it since those simple onscreen menus are more than enough to choose which movie to play.
