TSCV motion menu

i've tried to do motion chapter menus with TSCV but it just doesn't seem to work..TSCV created still menu and it created cue/bin file without any problem.. but motion menu. everything goes just fine untill TSCV asks the the for the menu (saving).. i give the name, and then. sometimes nothing, sometimes it goes a little bit futher. but the problem is that TSCV does not save the motion menu file.

is it possible to do motion menu to vcd? i've tried both vcd and svcd. nothing... still menu worked out just fine, at least it created cue/bin, haven't yet tested it with my dvd.. thanks!
