Convert my Movies

Hello,

I have a few movies with the Audio_TS and Video_TS folders and I have a few questions:

1. How can I convert the movies to DIVX?

2. I would like to have one file per movie and I would like my DIVX to have high quality even if bigger file.
What configuration should I use to convert my movies?

3. How can I get subtitles for the movies?
Are the subtitles included in the DIVX file or can I use external files.

You can use a program like ImToo's DVD to avi or Slysofts CloneDVD mobile to create avi's from the DVD folders with out having to learn too much about settings. I think both have free trials, I know the CloneDVD mobile is free to use for 21 days.
They both let you adjust quality or bitrate that translates to final file size.
I have been converting to avi files of 900mb to 1.3gb(depanding on length of movie and get excelent quality.
I don't know any thing about the subtitles though....maybe someone else will chime in on that ....or I'll fire up one of the programs and see if it will let you convert with subs.
