    I am trying to reauthor "21" movie ONLY with DVD shrink using Any DVD for encryption. It shows uncompressed as 5464MB but when I try to compress it will only go from 100% to 99.1% and 5396MB which is too large for DVD.
    Why can I not under custom ratio get under 99.1%? HELP....Thanks

    What did you rip with? DVDFab HD Decrypter is free and recommended. DVD Shrink hasn't been updated in years, nor has RipIt4Me or DVD Decrypter. Your issue may be rip related, so try ripping with DVDFab HD Decrypter and then try using DVD Shrink.

    If it's already on your HDD, I'd run it thru FixVTS to see if it cleans it up.

    If that's the movie about the MIT cardsharks, it's 123 minutes. But it's not a action movie and should compress down fairly easily. I suspect a problem with the decryption. Especially since it appears to be a Sony picture. ARcoSS encrypted?)
