ive encountered a small problem, i havent been able to resolve myself..

i have an encoded MPEG-2 video in PAL format.. which in all rights plays perfectly on my computer... but when i de-multiplex the file to convert it to NTSC (using TMPGEnc 2.54.37).. the audio only extracts to 14:11 (of a 29:44) clip...

.. it may also help to note.. that i actually burned this to cd without realizing i had this problem, and found something strange with the video time.. it was DOUBLE of where the clip actually was..
ie: say i wanted to go 5 min into the movie.. i had to skip 10 min to get there, however if i PLAYED through the movie, the time was correct..

ive never encountered this problem before using this method, and i dont really know any other way of extracting the audio from a mpeg-2 file other that de-multiplexing it..

if ANYONE could shed some light on this subject, it would be MUCHLY appreciated!
