Help with CCE and DVD2SVCD please ?

I am looking for expert advice on how to install cce 2.62 and or 2.65 This is for research purposes only.I have backed up approx 25 movies with DVD2SVCD and TMPGEnc with superb results. I am interested in information on how to master the process with cce now.I do NOT need any patches that is not what I am looking for, just info. If I already had both newer versions and if I had the nessesary parts:) how would I set them up for all versions and how should I set the path to link it to DVD2SVCD at the encoding step, I mean the file path. I have read, in this forum, that it is much faster,and almost equil quality to TMPGEnc. I have been a daily visitor for 9 mo. now. This is my home page. I have been unable to locate this info. I apologise if I missed it somewhere. Also opinions on which version of cce is best. Quality is my goal. I do not care if I have to encode to 3 disks .Thanks in advance,

well, there is not much to it. install the cinemacraft sp 2.xx on your harddrive. open dvd2svcd, click on the encodertab. press the button for cinemacraft. then press the folderbutton, browse your way to the folder of cinemacraft, mark the programfile (it`s the only file visible) and press open. when using the newer versions of cinemacraft they say you have to mark "safe mode" to get it working. if you use 2.5 you don`t have to use safemode (think safemode takes longer time)

almost, not sure where you read that. CCE is by far the better choice for SVCD and DVD authoring then TMPG.

and for me, I use CCE ver 2.5 with DVD2SVCD

I was wondering how to install the fix portion on each of cce 2.50 and 2.62 and 2.64 versions. If one was interested in making them work properly long enough to test each version out, for a little bit better test run than the trial version allows. and if one had all the nessessary parts,in advance for each one .I am NOT asking for any WAREZ! Just information. I have heard that 2.64 has 2 parts to install in it, How do you install them, the extra parts I mean? Do you choose Y or N after they are installed? Also ver 2.50 it has 1 part, and ver 2.62 has 1 or 2 parts. How do you install them? Thank you for the info on DVD2SVCD portion.
