Successfully ripped VOB files and used DVD2AVI 1.76 to produce d2v and .wav files. I selected these files in TMPGEnc and all appeared to run smoothly (no errors in any step of the process).
I have an .mpg that plays fine, but with no sound. I checked the .wav source file and it plays fine.
Is it possible I am missing a codec or something? Any help would be appreciated!
Peace

You must be missing a codec, look at the file extension DIVx-DVL etc and you should be able to determine which codec you need.

Try decompressing the audio with VirtualDub. There is a guide on this page, but basically what you are doing is ripping the audio file and making it a separate wav file then re-loading it in TMPG as your audio source.
