    any good software that is free that create good videos using still image?

    i have photo story 3, imovie, movie maker 2
    premiere, fcp

    which one should i go for good effect, trasitions

    Do you also have a Mac ? If not, scratch iMovie and FCP straight away.

    PhotoStory 3 is easy to use, fast, and with Papa John's profiles, capable of good quality output, even though it only exports WMV files. It is also a lot more stable than WMM. You can use Premiere (I often use Vegas to do this) but it is a more time consuming task as it is completely manual, whereas Photo Story automates a lot of it for you.
