    I searched this website on this topic and found some answers that are related to DVD video (720 X460 pixels).

    I have a HD camcoder that records video on SDHC. Is it possible to capture high res images if I want to print those images in 5 X 7 size ( 8 X 10 preferred)

    you can grab frames, but they will be the same size as the video. 1280x720 or 1920x1080, hopefully the video is progressive so ther won't be any de-interlacing artifacts. there is no way to get a bigger image.
