SVCD->VCD, Nero complaints about the Format???

I tried to concert an SVCD file to VCD.

I followed the guides how to fool my standalone DVD to play SVCD like an VCD. Now Nero complains about the file and says that it´s SVCD.

What should I do? Use different burning Program? VCDEasy perhaps?

I ignored the re-encode in Nero and the movie was unwatchable. It played in my standalone, but the picture was VERY jerky and had pauses all the time.

HELP! Please, tell me is there any solutions to this.
