    Are there any authoring packages out there that allow you to create and burn DVDs that do NOT re-transcode the bitrate?

    I have tried Ulead DVD Workshop and Dazzle DVD Complete and both of these try to re-encode the disc down to some other speed or bitrate...

    I have some clips encoded at 8000 and others at 2500 and the other packages try to re-encode down to some weird speed, ruining quality.

    Help!
