Cannot view SVCD Mpeg files.

I created SVCD compliant MPEG files VBR with Tmpgenc 2.52

I cannot view these files and every program I use say I need a MMX processor. (Virtual Dub, Tmpgenc) I have a AMD Duron 800MHz

Any way to fix this or another program to use?

you need an mpeg2 codec and a dvd software player ,both must be installed on your system,hope that helps.
