What do you really have ?

A DVD is just a place to store data. So is a CD.

What data do you have ? MP3, OGG, FLAC, WAV ?
How much ? Is the DVd full ?
Do you want a Redbook audio CD (playable in any CD player) ?

You can only put 74 - 80 minutes on a standard 750 - 800 mb CD, so you will have to divide it up into groups based on running time (and whatever other criteria you want to use), then burn it using something that creates audio CDs. I like Prassi ONES, but you may already have Nero. CDBurnerXP Pro is a free alternative.
