When I export from Final Cut to DV, HDV, motion-JPEG, etc. it always seems like the colors are less saturated and there is less contrast. The settings are on "best", so it shouldnt be that.. Before exporting and on the camera they look fine. Does anybody have the same problem?

Computer monitors have very different gamma curves than televisions (or the display on your camcorder). So what you're seeing may be normal. Transfer the video to your computer to your camcorder. If it looks ok on the camcorder there's nothing wrong on the computer.

Ok, thanks! The thing that is weird though, is that it looks fine when viewed in FC, but a bit dull when viewed in Quicktime after exporting (on the same monitor)...

It might be that FC is automatically adjusting the colors for the monitor where quicktime doesn't.
