  1. Just wanted to share my happiness with some people! These CDs (thatI get from Comp USA) are great. Even thought thay say you can burn on them at 16X, I burn them at 32 no problem. Although I have seen many places talking about problems related to tehse CDs, I have had absolutely none! I use a Lite-On 32X CD-RW. This is great, too bad they did not go forward with the 120 Minute CDs.....

    Yeah, these CDs are great!

    Although I admit I keep them to 90 minute burns to assure compatability... I have read that up to 90 virtually everything will read them, over 90 sometimes there is a problem.

    However, 90 minutes is a HUGE boost to people who collect TV shows on VCD... since you average hour long show (without commercials) comes in at 44 minutes, you could previously only fit one on a disc. Now, with the longer CDs, the holy grail of being able to put TWO shows on each CD is finally upon us.

    Plus, the extra bitrate for making SVCDs is appreciable.

  3. i love 99 minute cd-r's.. i've made some truly beautiful divx movies..

    especially if you create a mode2 cd.. the quality is awesome...
