    Hey guys!

I have an AVI file thats has a little bit of a audio problem,

The problem is during the 1st 40mins of the clip the audio is out by about 250m/secs then the rest of the clip is in sync, i have managed to locate where this change over happens and was wondering if there is a program i could use just to split the file into 2 files (part1 and 2) that would be simple and efficenient to use?

What i then plan to do is use VirtualDubMod to sort out the audio/video snyc problem in the first part of the clip.

    Thanks

use the mark in /out points in virtual dub mod to split the file ,set the end at the point of the problem, note the frame number that you set the end point of the first section and save it,now go back to the frame number you wrote down and set it as your start point ,then set the end point to the end of the avi and then save this section.Make sure you select direct stream copy or your file will be massive.
