I've got a disc that I'm trying to rip with MacTheRipper. Whenever I do (on two different drives) it tells me that the disc has bad sectors...the rip, it says, is complete but I should check it before burning.
My question is: How do I repair the errors in the ripped files? Is there a utility that will do this?

Are bad sectors reported by MacTheRipper actual data reading difficulties, or are they an intentional malformed file or part of one that the PGC info causes the player to skip?
And whatever the case, what does DVD2oneX do that Toast 8 would not? -
Flarch,
deal with Sony's ArCCos v.4 and Disney's Ripguard v2.
So far haven't seen Toast 8 deal with those yet..."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."

When I'm not here, Where can I be found?

FWIW, I have used myDVDEdit to remove bad sectors from ripped DVDs. I know this method isn't necessarily for the faint of heart.
